ACUCyS uses a collaborative governance model to ensure fairness and distributed leadership.
Leadership Includes:
Co-Presidents: Two leaders from different member societies who guide strategy and represent ACUCyS.
Working Groups: Volunteer teams focusing on core activities:
Convention: Plans the annual ACUCyS Convention.
CTF: Manages cyber security competitions.
Mentoring: Supports development of emerging societies.
Funding: Reviews funding applications and suggests allocations.
Influence / Student Voice: Channels student feedback to stakeholders.
Operational: Manages admin, communications, and marketing.
Oversight: Provided by Cyber Security Education Australia Limited (CSEA).
