ACUCyS uses a collaborative governance model to ensure fairness and distributed leadership.

Leadership Includes:

  • Co-Presidents: Two leaders from different member societies who guide strategy and represent ACUCyS.

  • Working Groups: Volunteer teams focusing on core activities:

    • Convention: Plans the annual ACUCyS Convention.

    • CTF: Manages cyber security competitions.

    • Mentoring: Supports development of emerging societies.

    • Funding: Reviews funding applications and suggests allocations.

    • Influence / Student Voice: Channels student feedback to stakeholders.

    • Operational: Manages admin, communications, and marketing.

Oversight: Provided by Cyber Security Education Australia Limited (CSEA).
